Your First Visit.

Low stress, easy access, good conversation and recommendations, proper understanding and great care are all of the important items you can expect on your first visit. You will meet privately with one of our experienced doctors for your history and exam. You will always be provided a clear and concise diagnosis and treatment plan. We will answer any questions and explain your health coverage or any costs prior to treatment. Please allow 90-120 minutes for your first visit. Follow up visits are typically 60 minutes.

What if I don't have insurance?

We offer several payment options and plans to insure every patient has affordable access to treatment. Call us to discuss your options.

What will my insurance cover?

We participate with most health plans. Prior to any treatment we will verify your coverage and inform you of any fees. Most patients enjoy a copay.

Do I need a referral?

No, you do not need a referral from your doctor.

Does treatment hurt?

No, treatment does not hurt. Most treatments feel soothing and very relaxing. On occasion, a patient may be a little sore.

Do I have to have manipulation?

No, not every patient is a candidate for spinal manipulation. Also, if a patient has the preference not to receive manipulation we will certainly honor that. We will clearly explain each procedure to you in terms that are easy to understand.

Will you crack my back?

No, we do not crack backs. We use newer and more gentle manipulation techniques to carefully take pressure off your spinal joints.

How long does a treatment plan last?

Most treatment plans last 2-4 weeks. Some depending on complexity can take longer. We will clearly discuss with you your specific plan. Every condition is different and so are the treatment plans.

Do I have to come forever?

No, we believe in concise treatment plans. We will teach you home care activities including lifting, stretching and strengthening exercises so you can maintain independence.

When will I begin to feel better?

Most patient begin to feel better after just a few visits. We will do our best to get you feeling better.

Do you offer a second opinion?

Yes, we gladly offer second opinions. We have years of experience which enables us to be a good resource for you.

What types of conditions do you treat?

We treat a wide range of treatments from conditions of the spine to those involving each of the joints in your body. Please call us to discuss your specific concerns.

Does Insurance cover acupuncture?

Some plans now cover acupuncture. We expect more plans to begin covering. Please call us to inquire.
